This is a project we completed in May 2022. We designed and installed the flooring in this same building in 2008 under a different owner.

These are pictures of the 17 story renovation of another apartment building in the heart of Crystal City, Arlington, VA. We were responsible for the wallpaper selection, carpet,. VCF also installed the materials we provided.

I won a national award from Floor Covering Weekly, a national trade magazine in the US for flooring dealers. I won for best color adaptation and creative installation, installing 2 patterns in one room to create walk ways and separating space.

Crystal Square is in the Heart of Crystal City, Arlington, VA. This is a 14 story luxury apartment building. This is an on going renovation project which we were a large part of. We were responsible for the selection of carpet, tile, wallpaper and marble through out the main floor and 14 elevator lobbies.

These picture are of a leasing office in Herndon VA. I specified the carpet based on the existing colors in the offices, office waiting area, and game room across the hall.

This Arlington landmark was fully renovated in 2010. VCF was responsible for the Interior Design of the common halls, lobby, and interior units including the supply and installation of all materials on site.

This renovation involved the conversion of 8 residential units to 21 hospital units, 5 new bathrooms and 3 nurses stations for a memory unit on the 7th floor.

This project was a complete renovation of all 17 common halls and the main lobby. Interior Design Concept, all materials including window treatments, lighting, wallpaper, and all flooring was provided by and installed by VCF.
