The Park at Pentagon Row, Arlington Virginia
This is a project we completed in May 2022. We designed and installed the flooring in this same building in 2008 under a different owner.
Kenwood House
The carpet selected was a perfect compliment to the stone wall and the rest of the building.
Fredericksburg Clubhouse
This Fredericksburg, VA club house flooring had to re done as the owners were not happy with the builder selection.
Buchanan Hall Carpet
These are pictures of the 17 story renovation of another apartment building in the heart of Crystal City, Arlington, VA.
We were responsible for the wallpaper selection, carpet,. VCF also installed the materials we provided.
L at City Vista in Washington D. C.
The floor was cracking from the foundation. We repaired the large cracks, levelled the entire 500 sq. ft.
Park at Arlington Club House
I won a national award from Floor Covering Weekly, a national trade magazine in the US for flooring dealers.
I won for best color adaptation and creative installation, installing 2 patterns in one room to create walk ways and separating space.
Harbor East Renovated Lobby Floor
This project was difficult because the floor was cracking from the time the building was new.
Crystal Square Min hallway
Crystal Square is in the Heart of Crystal City, Arlington, VA. This is a 14 story luxury apartment building.
This is an on going renovation project which we were a large part of.
We were responsible for the selection of carpet, tile, wallpaper and marble through out the main floor and 14 elevator lobbies.
Reston Leasing Office and Halls
These picture are of a leasing office in Herndon VA. I specified the carpet based on the existing colors in the offices, office waiting area, and game room across the hall.
Corporate Offices
These pictures are from our design of the corporate offices of one of our clients. We are responsible for the design and installation of all flooring, including carpet, area rugs, wood and marble, wallpaper, paint, art work and lobby furniture.
Crystal Plaza North and South Towers
These are pictures Of Crystal Towers ground floor North & South Towers public walkways and elevator lobbies to the underground mall. Pictures of Washington DC and the surrounding area were professionally done for this project.
Cloisters Garden Apartment Hallways
Cloister Garden Apartments is designed in two patterns with the same color scheme. The client liked both patterns we presented, they chose both patterns to be installed in every other building.
Retirement Community Renovation of New Chapel
This was a conversion of a ground floor residence to convert the space into a chapel for all residents at this Rockville community.
Crystal Plaza Party Room and Bath Renovation
Rosslyn Vue Renovation
This Arlington landmark was fully renovated in 2010. VCF was responsible for the Interior Design of the common halls, lobby, and interior units including the supply and installation of all materials on site.
Retirement Community Renovation
This renovation involved the conversion of 8 residential units to 21 hospital units, 5 new bathrooms and 3 nurses stations for a memory unit on the 7th floor.
Park Vue Renovation
This project was a complete renovation of all 17 common halls and the main lobby. Interior Design Concept, all materials including window treatments, lighting, wallpaper, and all flooring was provided by and installed by VCF.
